Herbal tea blend for constipation:

  • 5 parts Wormwood
  • 5 parts Woodruff
  • 5 parts Holy thistle
  • 5 parts Centaury
  • 5 parts Peppermint
  • 5 parts Thymes
  • 2 parts Lavender flower
  • 10 parts Juniper berry
  • 10 parts Alder buckthorn

Drink one cup before bedtime.
