7 Days Weight Loss Diet – Gut Restoration

Are you looking for a weight loss diet for a fast result?

A fast way to lose weight and restore your gut flora is the seven days sauerkraut diet program. The primary purpose of this diet plan is to detoxify and to restore the healthy balance of bacteria in your intestine. Losing weight is the side effect of this regimen. How much weight will lose it depends on your metabolism. You can expect to lose 2 – 5 pounds in 7 days.

Is it Keto, South Beach, Atkins, Paleo, or Banting diet? I don’t really know, but it worked for me.

To start with this weight loss diet plan, you will have to cook a meal. It won’t be very hard to prepare. The main course is Souerkraut Soup. It’s the backbone of this diet plan. Don’t expect it to be in the gourmet category. However, it contains only a few calories. Probably it won’t be your favorite dish after having it every day for seven days.

The Oven-Fried vegetable dish is not compulsory. It is included to bring variety to the dishes that you’ll have for a week. You don’t even have to follow the Oven-Fried vegetable recipe exactly; you may modify it to your taste.

You will eat lots of veggies and some meat during the seven days. You are reading a diet plan that is not easy to follow through because, for a few days, you will be hungry.

If you have type 1 diabetes – this diet could cause hypoglycemia!
